4. Deposit & Payment Policy

5. Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw from 77ebc. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 100,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

6. Bonus & Promotion Policy

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. After receiving a bonus, you must complete a specified amount of wagering before withdrawal — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, a 30x wager means you must place BDT 30,000 in bets for a BDT 1,000 bonus.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is not allowed.
• Multiple welcome bonuses from the same payment method or device are not permitted.
• Withdrawing before meeting the bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on approved games.

If the outcome of any game is undetermined due to a technical error or server issue, 77ebc reserves the right to refund the bet for that round. If a connection is lost mid-game, the result is saved on the server and will be visible once you reconnect.

8. Prohibited Activities

10. Account Closure & Suspension
